setting goals in life is easier said than. i prefer to avoid setting goals and surprise myself at what i have achieve. an excuse to be lazy i guess.
when everything is planned, no element of surprise makes life interesting. because its easier.no pressures.no worries

but as one grows old. one is more worried of certainty.
some people are very good in achieving their goals..more certain
..some are not..

some are lucky and some are not so lucky..some make the most of oppurtunities given and some create oppurtunities for themselves. the active and passive..the weak and strong..

but there is no one single formula..what works for one may not work for another.

when one has family. everything changes. there is no room for taking risks. certainty is needed. security. the older one gets the less one will be able to gamble with choices. there has to be a high degree of certainty..less room for mistakes.

with age there is a tendency to be outdated..younger ones catch up with you..but its not a race. i keep telling myself. its a fact of life..the cycle of life..
